Can I get a refund for my deposit?
Non-refundable deposits are often used to secure a booking or service and typically will not be returned if you cancel.
Where In-House Studio?
Photoconvo’s in-house studio location : Sutera Studio, Floor 2, SL 13, Jalan Datuk Mohd Musa 94300 Samarahan, Sarawak. It is located near Warung 2000 & Aiman Mall.

When i receive my soft-copy?
You will receive your soft-copy 7-14 days after the event. This is because Photoconvo needs to edit and process the photos before delivering them to you. They also need to upload the photos to the cloud drive, which can take some time. If you need the photos sooner, you can contact Photoconvo and see if they can expedite the process. However, there may be an additional charge for this service. I hope this helps!
When i receive my Photo & Frame?
Self-collect, deliver by runner & deliver by parcel takes 4-8 weeks after the event.
For clients outside of Kuching, the frame will be passed after the photoshoot (depending on stock). Photoconvo will try their best to secure the parcel during delivery, but they do not cover any damage during the delivery process by the delivery service. Photoconvo delivers the parcel with Pos Laju.
Do you provide JUBAH & Mortar Board?
Unfortunately, our studio cannot provide “Jubah” and mortar boards at the moment. You will need to bring your own “Jubah” and mortar board for the photoshoot.
Do you provide scrolls board or flower bouquets?
Yes, we can provide a scroll board and flower bouquets.
Please note, we currently only have a limited selection of university scrolls available, specifically for:
UiTM (Degree & Diploma)
Unimas (Degree)
ILKKM
We recommend bringing your own official scroll if your institution is not listed above. We also provide basic editing services if your scroll is not from one of the provided institutions.
Can two(2) or more persons to book for one(1) package?
No, we do not allow it. Our policy is one package per person only.
What delivery option you provided?
Photoconvo offers three delivery options: self-collect, delivery by runner, and delivery by parcel. In short, Photoconvo offers a variety of delivery options to fit your needs. However, it is important to note that delivery may take some time, especially for clients outside of Kuching.
