You will receive your soft-copy 7-14 days after the event. This is because Photoconvo needs to edit and process the photos before delivering them to you. They also need to upload the photos to the cloud drive, which can take some time. If you need the photos sooner, you can contact Photoconvo and see if they can expedite the process. Photoconvo offers three delivery options: self-collect, delivery by runner, and delivery by parcel. In short, Photoconvo offers a variety of delivery options to fit your needs. However, it is important to note that delivery may take some time, especially for clients outside of Kuching.

Self-collect, deliver by runner & deliver by parcel y takes 4-8 weeks after the event. For clients outside of Kuching, the frame will be passed after the photoshoot (depending on stock). Photoconvo will try their best to secure the parcel during delivery, but they do not cover any damage during the delivery process by the delivery service. Photoconvo delivers the parcel with Pos Laju / J&T Express / GDex.
